The Nuisance Abatement Division addresses issues related to public health and safety as it pertains to nuisances for both residential and commercial properties. Nuisances may include inoperable junk and unlicensed vehicles, tall grass, substandard structures, abandoned signs, and vacant commercial buildings.

HOW TO REPORT A COMPLAINT
In order to properly investigate complaints in a timely manner, we need accurate information. Most importantly, we need to contact the complainant and the property owner. Without this critical information unnecessary delays result as the nuisance abatement officer searches for the needed information. No anonymous complaints are accepted. We will never disclose your name; however you will be required to provide your name and daytime phone number.
